How can I create an account at NO_YA?
You can easily set up an account on our website. It will only take a few seconds of your time. To create an account, you click on the person symbol on the top right corner.

Please fill in all the requested fields and accept the terms and conditions.

What can I do with my NO_YA account?
When you log in on your account you can view your recent orders and manage your personal information such as shipping, billing addresses and payment methods.

Next to that, you can save your favourite NO_YA lingerie styles and save your NO_YA bra size.

How can I place an order?
It is very easy to order items on noyathebrand.com. You add the lingerie items you like to purchase to your shopping bag. Then you proceed to the checkout page to finalize the purchase. You can also create or log in to your NO_YA account at check out with your e-mail address.

Do I need an NO_YA account to place an order?
You don’t need an account at noyathebrand.com to be able to place an order. You can also check out as a guest by only filling in your contact details and shipping address.

How can I use my discount code?
You can redeem your discount code in your shopping basket or at check out. Fill in your Coupon code and click on ‘Apply Coupon’

How can I pay on noyathebrand.com
The following payment methods are available on noyathebrand.com:

Is it safe to shop on noyathebrand.com?
Shopping on noyathebrand.com is very safe. When you visit our website, purchase our products, when you are using your account, or when we provide customer support services, it is important to us to use your personal data carefully and securely in a transparent manner. Protecting your private information is our priority.

NO_YA uses the SSL Protocol to secure your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.

NO_YA does not sell, rent or lease its customer’s information to third parties.

What countries does NO_YA ship to?
We deliver goods to addresses in Europe. We use insured parcel service, and you will receive a track and trace number when we ship the order.

What are the shipping costs?
All parcels will be shipped with one of the following transport companies: DHL, PostNL, DPD, GLS, UPS or FedEX.

The standard shipping costs for parcels to the Netherlands & Belgium are as follow:

  • Letterbox parcel costs are €4.25
  • Box shipping costs are €6.50

For parcels outside of the Netherlands & Belgium, the shipping costs can vary between the €8-€12 euro’s pending on shipping methods.

The shipping costs are always shown at check out.

How long does it take for an order to be delivered?
Orders placed at noyathebrand.com before 2PM, will be shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 2PM will be shipped the following day. This applies on weekdays, which are Monday to Friday excluding Dutch public holidays.

You will receive a Track & Trace code from the shipping forwarder. Usually, a parcel takes 1 working day to be delivered after shipping within the Netherlands. However, please note NO_YA is not responsible for any delays once the parcel has been collected. 

Delivery times are approximate times and should be seen as a guide.

How can I track my order
When you placed your lingerie order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. 

This means that NO_YA has received your purchase. Once your order has been packed and processed, you will receive another email confirming the order has been processed and handed over to the shipping forwarder. You will receive shipping information including a track & trace code from the shipping forwarder.

My track and trace code isn’t working, what do I do?
If you have received your Track & Trace code, it can take up to 24h before you are able to actually track your order. If you get an error message, please try again later.

If the Track & Trace code still isn’t working, please contact the shipping forwarder directly.

Return & Refunds

How can I return an item ordered on noyathebrand.com?
You can easily find the return page in your order confirmation email. A link to the return portal can be found on the bottom of the email. Please follow this link to action a return.

Items can be returned within 14 days after receiving the parcel. Items must be unused and undamaged, and with all original hangtags/labels attached.

In return you should make sure that the goods are securely wrapped. The customer has the responsibility of the package / goods until NO_YA receives it, so keep the postal receipt and tracking number.

NO_YA does not cover the costs of returns. This should be paid by the customer.

Can I exchange lingerie ordered via noyathebrand.com for another style or size?
If you would like to exchange your item for another size or style, please re-order at noyathebrand.com. You can do this right away to ensure that the correct size is still in stock and that the item will not be sold out in the meantime.

When will I receive my refund?
If you would like to get your money back for a product, please return your order and we will return the amount to your account within 30 days. You will receive an email when the money has been transferred to you.

What are the return costs?
The customer must pay the shipping costs of returning the goods when you regret your purchase. A return label will be created once the return form has been completed.

How can I determine the right size and fit?
You can check your bra size by completing the size calculator on our website or by checking the size chart.

The size calculator can be found by clicking on ‘YOUR PERF FIT’ highlighted in orange on the right side of our website or on the top of our mainpage.

You can click on the size charge at the product page next to the available sizes.

If you are still unsure about your size, you can contact NO_YA for more product and size information.

What is the best way to wash my lingerie items?
The washing instructions of your lingerie can be found on the NO_YA carelabel on each product or at the product page on noyathebrand.com under ‘materials’.
